Quick and easy scheduling. Repairman Alex D. was very friendly and polite. They couldn't fix everything with our Sub-Zero refrigerator the same day because they needed to order parts but came back the following week and wrapped it up pretty quickly.

I contacted Hotwire and had technician out next day. Ihor from Hotwire was very professional and did great work on our Kenmore HE 700 Series washing machine. Discovered the pump was failing. He tested thoroughly before recommending the new part be ordered. Part came in quickly and Hotwire scheduled our replacement part service promptly (came in on a Saturday which was a pleasant surprise!)
