Initial call was answered promptly by a very nice lady. She asked a few questions and had a repairman out the following day.
Our repairman was on time, neat and courteous. He explained the issues and gave us quotes. He ordered parts and was back in a few days to make all the necessary repairs. His knowledge and efficiency are second to none. He was polite and friendly as well. The world would be a better place with more people like this man and his dispatcher. Sorry I don't recall her name. They are both an asset to your company. Your lucky to have them and we were luckier to have their service. We give you 5 stars!!!

We hired this company to service our Bosch dishwasher on February 18, 2026. There were two technicians who were friendly and knowledgeable. They explained what they were doing and why to my husband. They were here close to two hours and found the issue and corrected it. The fee was in line with the average dishwasher servicing or repair costs. We were very happy with their work and professionalism and would not hesitate to hire them again.

Nick is a super hero appliance repair man! The whole experience working with RainCity was wonderful….but Nick was exceptional!

We chose this company to help repair our dryer because after a few calls to repair companies around town, their customer service was by far the friendliest and most professional.

We were very impressed by Nick’s knowledge and obvious extensive repair experience. Technicians were friendly and did a great job! Was not a normal problem, broken wire, but they were determined to figure it out. Glad we don't have to buy a new dishwasher! There was a mixup with the invoice, but they took care of it.

We selected RainCity Appliance Repair to connect a water line to our washing machine that had a slightly cross threaded intake valve connection. We were told that there would be a service charge of $89 to diagnose and that if we had the repair done the service fee would be deducted from the total repair labor and parts charge. The repairman Nick was able to reconnect the existing supply hose to the intake on the washing machine and did not require any parts. The total bill came to $224 for just the labor after the discount was taken off. I feel that the labor charge was excessive and expressed my dismay. UPDATE!!!!
Management reached out offering to adjust my charges to what I had expected them to be for this service. I have a much better attitude toward this company and believe the compromise on price represents a position of customer satisfaction desired by RainCity. Thank you for demonstrating good customer relations.

The service tech, Eugene, was friendly and knowledgeable about what needed to be fixed. A part needed to be ordered and it arrived within a few days and he promptly completed the repair as soon as the part was here. My machine will last many more years. It was SO REASSURING to know that I didn't have to deal with the expense of replacing it. Nor did I have to find a laundromat to fill in while I waited for the repair, he was that prompt.
