Commercial Pizza Oven Repair in Sammamish, WA

Sammamish has a growing pizza scene — from Pine Lake Village to the Highlands corridor — and when a pizza oven goes down, the dinner service does too. HotWire responds fast with the parts and expertise to get you back to full production.

Pizza Oven Failures We Diagnose Across Sammamish

  • Deck oven not reaching set temperature — burner infrared emitter degradation, thermostat drift, or gas valve modulation issue. Common on Bakers Pride Y-series and Blodgett deck ovens after 8–10 years of heavy service.
  • Conveyor belt stopped mid-service — drive motor failure, belt tension issue, or the controller board fault. Middleby Marshall PS-series and Lincoln Impinger conveyors both have specific failure patterns we know by heart.
  • Uneven cooking across the deck — burner tube fouled, deflector plate warped, or the flame pattern degraded. Fixable, and dramatic improvement in output consistency after service.
  • Pilot won’t stay lit or ignition intermittent — thermocouple degradation, weak gas valve, or safety valve solenoid drifting. Standard repair work with parts in the truck for major brands.
  • Wood-fired oven temperature variance — refractory brick cracked, damper stuck, or flue pull issue creating uneven combustion. Wood-fired specialty repair (rare in Sammamish but seen in some establishments) requires specific expertise.
  • Digital control display error codes — modern pizza ovens (Middleby Marshall M360, Lincoln 1600) log fault codes on the controller. We interpret manufacturer-specific codes and diagnose accurately.

Pizza Oven Types We Service in Sammamish

Deck ovens — single-deck, double-deck, or triple-deck configurations from Bakers Pride, Blodgett, Marsal, and Cuppone — are the classic pizzeria oven and what most Sammamish independent pizza operations use. Each deck is a separate burner and thermostat, and each fails independently — we service them individually or all at once. Conveyor ovens from Middleby Marshall (PS360, PS540, PS670, PS740, WOW!) and Lincoln Impinger (1000, 1600, 2500, 3255) serve high-volume Sammamish operations. These systems have belt drives, air impingement blowers, and burner controls that all require specific diagnostic. Convection-deck combo ovens are common in Sammamish restaurants that produce both pizza and other items — we service the pizza function and the broader oven function together. Wood-fired ovens are rare but not unheard of on the Plateau; we can service the mechanical elements (flues, dampers, gas assist burners) though refractory work usually requires masonry specialists we can refer to.

During restaurant service hours (typically 11 AM–10 PM), emergency response for a Sammamish pizza oven that's actively down usually arrives within 2–4 hours of your call. Off-hours dispatch is available; response times extend somewhat but we work every angle to get a tech on-site before the next service. Sammamish Highlands and Pine Lake Village addresses are core commercial dispatch territory.
Typical repairs: thermocouple $195–$285, gas valve $475–$785, thermostat $325–$525, ignition module $425–$625, burner replacement $525–$975, conveyor belt motor $525–$895, controller board $675–$1,150. Prices reflect commercial-grade parts and expedited service. Every quote is flat-rate written before work begins.
Yes — factory-trained on both platforms. Middleby Marshall PS-series and WOW! along with Lincoln Impinger 1000/1600/2500/3255 are core commercial service work for us. We carry manufacturer service software and diagnostic tools for both brands.
Yes — gas appliance repairs that involve gas piping modifications require L&I permitting in Washington. We handle the permits and coordinate inspections as part of the job. For smaller repairs that don't touch gas piping, no permit is required.

Commercial pizza oven repair in Sammamish means keeping small owner-operated restaurants running through the dinner shift without cascading revenue loss. Every hour a pizza oven is down during service is revenue lost that can’t be recovered, plus wasted prepped dough, and a hit to online reviews when regulars find the doors closed or the wait too long. Our commercial team prioritizes pizza oven calls during service hours and pushes them to the front of dispatch when the operation is actively down. Emergency response typically arrives within 2–4 hours of call, faster during peak service windows when we know a restaurant is running.

We’re commercial-certified for gas piping work required by Washington L&I on commercial gas appliance repairs. Techs carry manufacturer diagnostic tools and service software for Middleby Marshall, Lincoln, Bakers Pride, and Blodgett platforms. Parts inventory in our truck covers the most common failures for these brands; less-common parts source overnight through commercial supply channels. We maintain relationships with the parts warehouses that stock actual commercial inventory — not just residential appliance shelves.

Every commercial repair is quoted flat-rate before work when possible; when true diagnostic is required first, we quote diagnostic time transparently and roll it into the repair estimate. 90-day workmanship warranty. Full manufacturer parts warranty. Same-day dispatch when possible; emergency after-hours dispatch available.

Our refrigerator stopped properly cooling. While it wasn't completely out. it just wasn't cool enough to keep things fresh. Called Hotwire on Friday. Technician came out Saturday morning. Vlad is a young fellow but very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem which was a frozen stuck fan. After removing the freezer tray, he pulled out his magic steamer gadget and defrosted the coils. He did a thorough job cleaning up and putting everything together. Happy to have things running again ahead of Superbowl Sunday.

The team here was great. I had an issue with a dishwasher, they were quick to diagnose it and informed us of reasonable alternatives. We chose to repair it, they ordered the part and installed it. Throughout, they were communicative, helpful, and nice. The price was reasonable as well. I'd go back to them for any appliance issues in the future!

My LG fridge/freezer stopped cooling. I called Rain City around 8pm, and they were able to get a technician out before Noon the next day. After inspecting the problem the tech informed me that the compressor went out, which is a somewhat common problem on LGs. He'd be able to fix it right away if I wanted. Given the labor needed to replace the compressor, I decided to just replace the refrigerator instead.
I was pleased how he explained the issue and presented me with various options. I'd definitely recommend.
