Up to 5 units: Walk-in refrigerators/freezers, reach-in coolers, undercounter refrigerators, ice machines
Up to 8 units: Ovens (convection, combi, deck), ranges, fryers, griddles, charbroilers
Up to 2 units: Conveyor dishwashers, undercounter dishwashers, glass washers
Labor and parts required for repairs or replacements are billed separately. Plan members receive a 15% repair service discount on labor.
Unscheduled or urgent visits outside of the bi-annual plan are priced at $129 per visit.
Equipment not specified in the plan (e.g., coffee machines, water heaters) is excluded unless agreed upon.
Appliances requiring repair before maintenance begins are not covered.
Evaluations or installations of new appliances are not part of the plan.

You can cancel anytime, with no cancellation fees. However, refunds are not issued for partially
