Washer Maintenance

(1 Unit Included, Additional Washer: $20 per visit)

  • Check installation of inlet and drain hoses for leaks or wear

  • Verify proper water level, fill cycle, and spin function

Dryer Maintenance

(1 Unit Included, Additional Dryer: $20 per visit)

  • Inspect and secure power cord connection

  • Inspect and replace flex duct as needed
  • Check drum movement and alignment
  • Clean dryer filter to ensure proper airflow
  • Lubricate and service idler pulley and drum supports
  • Inspect condition of: belt, blower wheel, drum supports, idler pulley, heating circuit, exhaust ductwork for blockages

Dishwasher Maintenance

(1 Unit Included, Additional Dishwasher: $20 per visit)

  • Inspect drain hose for proper installation (high loop or air gap)

  • Verify proper balance and secure mounting
  • Check inlet valve connections for leaks

  • Test water fill, circulation, and drainage functions
  • Clean dishwasher filter to prevent buildup and maintain performance

Refrigerator Maintenance

(1 Unit Included, Additional Refrigerator: $25 per visit)

  • Inspect and test overall system performance

  • Clean condenser coils to improve cooling efficiency and reduce energy consumption

  • Verify door gaskets for proper sealing
  • Check door closure cams for proper alignment and function
  • Inspect water connections for leaks
  • Confirm proper operation of:
compressor, defrost system, fan motors

Oven & Range Maintenance

(1 Unit Included, Additional Oven/Range: $20 per visit)

  • Inspect and adjust machine balance for even cooking

  • Inspect oven door gasket for proper sealing

  • Test and verify operation of:
Bake and broil functions; Top burners for ignition and flame consistency

  • Check overall safety and efficiency of gas or electrical connections

Microwave Maintenance

(1 Unit Included, Additional Microwave: $15 per visit)

  • Inspect and test microwave power levels and heating efficiency
  • Verify door seal and latch mechanism for safety
  • Check turntable motor function
  • Inspect and test control panel responsiveness
  • Check internal fan and venting system for obstructions

What’s NOT Covered by This Plan?

This plan is for preventative maintenance only. The following are NOT included

Repairs or Replacement of Parts

Any parts that need to be replaced are billed separately. Plan members receive a 15% repair service discount on labor.

Emergency or Unscheduled Visits

Available for an additional $69 per visit.

Deep Cleaning or Specialty Cleaning

No tub cleaning for washers or dishwashers. No internal deep cleaning of refrigerators or ovens.

Cosmetic or Structural Issues

Scratches, dents, broken handles, etc., are not covered

Non-Functioning Appliances

Appliances that are already malfunctioning are not eligible for service under this plan.

Appliance Installation or Replacement

Evaluations, installations, or recommendations for new appliances are not included

The fan motor in my old freezer failed. An original part was no longer available, but the HotWire tech found a compatible motor and replaced it. That was about 8 months ago. The motor sounds a little different, but I haven’t had any issues with the freezer. The technician was very professional, friendly, and got the work done efficiently. Very happy with the work and the results!

Hotwire was very responsive in inspecting our fridge for a power issue. They diagnosed the issue quickly, gave me a quote on repairs with a lead time for parts. After parts arrived they scheduled the repair within the week. The fridge worked as promised and technicians were knowledgeable and courteous. Our technician Oleg was fantastic. Identified the problem right away and quickly fixed it. Overall we booked an appointment, were able to get a tech the next day, and they showed up on time in the beginning of the 2 hour window. Not even 30 minutes later issue was fixed and price was reasonable.

I had my refrigerator serviced recently, and the experience was positive. The technician showed up right on time and was professional throughout the visit. They quickly identified the problem and gave a clear explanation of the required repair steps and costs involved.

The work was completed efficiently and to a high standard, but I did feel the price was on the higher side. Despite that, the quality and promptness of the service were impressive. I’d recommend them if you’re looking for reliable and professional repairs, though the cost might be a consideration.
