Covered Appliances & Services

Refrigeration Maintenance (Up to 5 units):

Walk-in refrigerators/freezers, reach-in coolers, undercounter refrigerators, ice machines

  • Cleaning condenser and evaporator coils to improve cooling efficiency
  • Inspect and clean door seals and hingers
  • Check refrigerant levels and compressor performance
  • Measure pressure on sealed systems of refrigerators to ensure proper operation
  • Clear and inspect drain lines for clogs

Cooking Equipment Maintenance Up to 8 units:

Ovens (convection, combi, deck), ranges, fryers, griddles, charbroilers

  • Clean burners, grates, and ignition systems
  • Inspect gas and electrical connections
  • Calibrate thermostats and check heat distribution
  • Clean oven interiors and grease traps
  • Inspect fryer filters and oil condition

Dishwasher Maintenance Up to 2 units:

Conveyor dishwashers, undercounter dishwashers, glass washers

  • Clean spray arms and nozzles
  • Inspect and clean filters
  • Descale to remove lime buildup
  • Check water temperature compliance
  • Inspect and replace worn door gaskets

Comprehensive Report

  • Detailed inspection report with recommendations
  • Documentation for compliance and insurance purposes

Additional Appliances – $20 per extra appliance per visit

  • Service Frequency: 2 visits per year
  • Ongoing Coverage: Continues until canceled
  • Coverage Limit: Up to 15 appliances per visit
  • 15% repair service discount on all repair services

What’s NOT Included in the Plan

This plan is for preventative maintenance only. The following are NOT included

  1. Repairs or Replacement of Parts. Labor and parts required for repairs or replacements are billed separately. Plan members receive a 15% repair service discount on labor.
  2. Emergency Services. Unscheduled or urgent visits outside of the bi-annual plan are priced at $129 per visit.
  3. Specialized Equipment Maintenance. Equipment not specified in the plan (e.g., coffee machines, water heaters) is excluded unless agreed upon.
  4. Non-Functioning Appliances. Appliances requiring repair before maintenance begins are not covered.
  5. Appliance Replacement. Evaluations or installations of new appliances are not part of the plan.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Accessible Appliances. Ensure appliances are accessible for maintenance (e.g., moveable if required).
  • Pre-Maintenance Repairs. Address pre-existing issues not covered in the maintenance plan.
  • Timely Scheduling. Maintain agreed-upon service appointments to avoid rescheduling fees.

Common Concerns & Frequently Asked Questions

Is This a Repair Warranty Plan?

No, this is a preventative maintenance plan, not a repair or extended warranty plan. Repairs
and part replacements are billed separately.

What If My Appliance is Already Not Working?

This plan does not cover non-functional appliances. Repairs must be completed before
maintenance begins.

Are There Hidden Fees?

No hidden fees. The only additional costs apply to extra appliances, emergency visits, or repairs.

What If I Need to Cancel?

You can cancel anytime, with no cancellation fees. However, refunds are not issued for partially
used periods.

What If I Move My Business Location?

The plan is transferable to a new business owner or can be transferred to a new location if within
our service area.

Do I Need to Be Present for Service?

A business representative must be present during the appointment.

What Happens If an Issue is Found During Maintenance?

We will provide a detailed report with recommendations. If repairs are needed, we offer discounted service rates

Need Additional Services?

Our team is available for add-on services, including exhaust hood cleaning, HVAC inspections, and appliance consultations.
Members enjoy a 15% discount on all additional services.
