Commercial Pizza Oven Repair in Redmond WA

Pizza oven down in Redmond during service? We’re on the way. Same-day repair for deck, conveyor, and electric ovens near Redmond Town Center.

Pizza Oven Problems We Fix in Redmond

  • Oven not reaching or holding proper temperature — usually a failing thermostat, gas valve, or burner assembly — critical to fix before service
  • Conveyor belt jamming, slipping, or running unevenly — typically a worn drive chain, failing motor, or belt tension out of adjustment
  • Deck oven with uneven hot spots burning one side of the pizza — often a burner not firing evenly or a heating element partially failed
  • Pilot light or electric ignition failing to stay lit — a bad thermocouple on gas units or a failed ignitor on electric — both are standard first-visit fixes
  • Thermostat reading inaccurate temperatures — we calibrate against a reference probe rather than guessing at what the display shows
  • Excessive smoke or gas smell during operation — a safety concern that needs same-day diagnosis — could be a gas leak or burner issue
  • Door seal failing, letting heat escape — reduces oven efficiency and cook consistency, and it’s an inexpensive fix
  • Digital control panel unresponsive or showing an error — could be a failed control board or a communication issue we diagnose on-site
  • Slow recovery time between bakes during a Redmond lunch rush — often a burner assembly issue or an oven that’s undersized for your peak volume
  • Refractory stone cracks or damage on deck ovens — we assess whether refurbishment or replacement is the right call based on cook consistency

Yes, we service restaurants throughout downtown Redmond and Overlake, including the Redmond Town Center corridor and the Cleveland Street restaurant strip. Same-day repair is standard for a down pizza oven during service hours — call as early as possible for the widest window. For chains with multiple Redmond-area locations, we can coordinate service across locations under a single dispatch call to save you the phone tag.
Yes. Uneven heating usually points to a failing heating element, an out-of-calibration thermostat, or a burner not firing evenly across the deck. We test each of these and correct the actual cause rather than telling you to rotate pizzas more often — that's a workaround, not a fix. Deck oven calibration is often the difference between profitable and unprofitable service — we adjust to your specific dough and cook style, not to a generic spec.
Yes, we schedule around your kitchen's open hours whenever possible and prioritize same-day emergency calls for a completely down oven. For non-emergency work, we can book after-close or early-morning slots so we're not underfoot during service. Preventive maintenance schedules on high-volume Redmond pizza ovens usually pay for themselves in avoided emergency call fees over the course of a year.
90 days parts and labor on every repair we complete. Same fault returns within that window and we're back at zero cost — no diagnostic fee, no trip charge. This applies across every brand we service in Redmond. Documentation of repairs performed is provided in writing at completion — useful for your equipment maintenance records and any warranty claims.

A down pizza oven during Redmond’s lunch rush isn’t a scheduling problem — it’s an hourly revenue problem. That’s why commercial cooking equipment calls get priority dispatch on our board. When you call about a dead oven mid-service, we work backward from your open hours to find a technician who can be on-site fast, not the next convenient calendar slot.

Our commercial techs carry the ignitors, thermocouples, conveyor motors, drive chains, and control boards behind most Redmond pizza oven service calls. We handle both gas and electric equipment, and we’re familiar with the calibration quirks of the Middleby, Blodgett, and Lincoln systems that dominate Redmond’s pizza kitchens.

We schedule around your kitchen’s service hours whenever possible, doing quieter diagnostic work during prep windows and larger repairs after close if the equipment isn’t emergency-down. Every repair we complete comes with a 90-day parts and labor warranty, so a recurring fault in that window means we’re back at zero cost.

Redmond Town Center and the Cleveland Street restaurant strip run a lot of Middleby Marshall and Lincoln conveyor equipment, plus Blodgett and Bakers Pride deck ovens in the sit-down spots. We know the temperature calibration quirks specific to each — some run 15° hot on the display, others need thermostat replacement every few years. Local familiarity with the equipment shortens diagnosis time considerably.

Our commercial service radius covers all of Redmond and extends into surrounding Eastside cities — Kirkland, Bellevue, Bothell, Woodinville, and Sammamish — under the same rate structure and warranty terms. For multi-location Redmond restaurant operators, we can consolidate service across sites under a single account with unified billing and prioritized dispatch. That coordination is often the difference between reactive-only service and a genuinely managed equipment program.

Our refrigerator stopped properly cooling. While it wasn't completely out. it just wasn't cool enough to keep things fresh. Called Hotwire on Friday. Technician came out Saturday morning. Vlad is a young fellow but very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem which was a frozen stuck fan. After removing the freezer tray, he pulled out his magic steamer gadget and defrosted the coils. He did a thorough job cleaning up and putting everything together. Happy to have things running again ahead of Superbowl Sunday.

The team here was great. I had an issue with a dishwasher, they were quick to diagnose it and informed us of reasonable alternatives. We chose to repair it, they ordered the part and installed it. Throughout, they were communicative, helpful, and nice. The price was reasonable as well. I'd go back to them for any appliance issues in the future!

My LG fridge/freezer stopped cooling. I called Rain City around 8pm, and they were able to get a technician out before Noon the next day. After inspecting the problem the tech informed me that the compressor went out, which is a somewhat common problem on LGs. He'd be able to fix it right away if I wanted. Given the labor needed to replace the compressor, I decided to just replace the refrigerator instead.
I was pleased how he explained the issue and presented me with various options. I'd definitely recommend.
