The fan motor in my old freezer failed. An original part was no longer available, but the HotWire tech found a compatible motor and replaced it. That was about 8 months ago. The motor sounds a little different, but I haven’t had any issues with the freezer. The technician was very professional, friendly, and got the work done efficiently. This company has shown they don't care about customer service and communication whatsoever to me.
I called one day, was told it would be $69 to come out and take a look and give a total price for fixing the problem, they'd be there the same day afternoon. I told them exactly what was wrong and needed to be fixed. I wasn't going to be onsite so I gave my number as the main contact and the number of the person on site. They called the person on site 30 minutes later and rescheduled to two days later (today) whatever, not happy about it.
I don't hear anything from them until they just send an estimate via email for $400+ and don't even call me for my approval, they just leave.. Why wouldn't they have the part on hand to replace when I told them exactly what was wrong. I would have totally paid the estimate if they had communicated.

Our technician Oleg was fantastic. Identified the problem right away and quickly fixed it. Overall we booked an appointment, were able to get a tech the next day, and they showed up on time in the beginning of the 2 hour window. Not even 30 minutes later issue was fixed and price was reasonable.
