The fan motor in my old freezer failed. An original part was no longer available, but the HotWire tech found a compatible motor and replaced it. That was about 8 months ago. The motor sounds a little different, but I haven’t had any issues with the freezer. The technician was very professional, friendly, and got the work done efficiently. Our technician Oleg was fantastic. Identified the problem right away and quickly fixed it. Overall we booked an appointment, were able to get a tech the next day, and they showed up on time in the beginning of the 2 hour window. Not even 30 minutes later issue was fixed and price was reasonable.
