The fan motor in my old freezer failed. An original part was no longer available, but the HotWire tech found a compatible motor and replaced it. That was about 8 months ago. Our technician Oleg was fantastic. Identified the problem right away and quickly fixed it. Overall we booked an appointment, were able to get a tech the next day, and they showed up on time in the beginning of the 2 hour window. Not even 30 minutes later issue was fixed and price was reasonable.
