When our dryer stopped working, we were at a loss for what to do. We contacted Hotwire and they had a technician, Danyl, come out to us to diagnose the issue the very next day! He was able to quickly figure out what was happening and order the necessary part. Danyl was very knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. Overall, Hotwire’s communication was always clear and timely, and they worked around our schedule. Great experience, highly recommend working with these guys if you are in need of a repair!

Alex was incredibly helpful when my washer wouldn’t drain. He quickly identified the root cause and I was able to schedule the repair for the day after the new part was ordered. Alex was professional, efficient, and I sincerely appreciated his attention to detail. He made sure that everything was running properly before leaving and even helped resolve some other issues in my apartment, such as finding what was causing the beeping in the laundry room and helping with a loose cabinet door.

Ihor was the technician who came out to diagnose my dishwasher when it was failing to complete a cycle. He took photos inside the machine so he could show us the issue and knowledgeably explained what it needed. When he returned to replace the motor, he was very professional and got the job done quickly. He stayed to demonstrate that the cycle and drain was now working again.
