Excellent experience with HotWire. We replaced an old AC unit and furnace with a new dual-fuel heat pump and furnace. They was extremely responsive and honest — patiently answered all my detailed questions, right-sized the system rather than overselling, and was transparent on pricing and rebates. Competitive quote, clean professional install, permits and inspection handled. Highly recommend for anyone in similar needs!

Alex was incredibly helpful when my washer wouldn’t drain. He quickly identified the root cause and I was able to schedule the repair for the day after the new part was ordered. Alex was professional, efficient, and I sincerely appreciated his attention to detail. He made sure that everything was running properly before leaving and even helped resolve some other issues in my apartment, such as finding what was causing the beeping in the laundry room and helping with a loose cabinet door.

I would highly recommend Alex for any form of repair! (And my cat was a fan too)

Hot Wire Hvac & Appliance repair are top notch. We received service on the same day of our first call with them. Even within hours! Our technician, Ramses, was thorough and communicated well throughout the maintenance visit. He was kind and respected our home by placing shoe covers on. Ihor was the technician who came out to diagnose my dishwasher when it was failing to complete a cycle. He took photos inside the machine so he could show us the issue and knowledgeably explained what it needed. When he returned to replace the motor, he was very professional and got the job done quickly. He stayed to demonstrate that the cycle and drain was now working again. I’m grateful to HotWire and Ihor for an easy fix to something I could not fix on my own!
