They were incredibly responsive and were able to diagonose and fix our heater within 2 days of our heat going out. Ramzes was extremely professional and was great to work with.

Dropping from 5 stars to 1 because of technician lack of professionalism and demeanor. Alex K was efficient, thorough, on time, and temporarily fixed my dishwasher. It was not draining and the arm had fallen off - he fixed the drain problem but the arm has fallen off again since. It cost $270 and I tipped him. However, immediately after he left, the garbage disposal did not work. I called the company back and they sent him back after a few days. He was not interested in hearing my concerns, asked if I would accuse him of breaking the fridge if that stopped working, and was very confrontational. He told me that it would be $200 to repair because of a problem with the electric panel supplying the dishwasher. I told Alex K that I was going to get a second opinion and that if he was right, I would acknowledge that, and if he was wrong, I would change my review and notify the company. He stormed out of my house essentially yelling at me for wasting his time.

I just had that second opinion from Eco Electric, Plumbing, and Heating. My tech, Zach, looked under the sink, found the outlet, and pushed the reset button. Voila. Garbage disposal working again. $50 consult fee and an even better tip for him.

I do not recommend Hotwire Furnace, and I definitely do not recommend Alex K.

Hot Wire Hvac & Appliance repair are top notch. We received service on the same day of our first call with them. Even within hours! Our technician, Ramses, was thorough and communicated well throughout the maintenance visit. He was kind and respected our home by placing shoe covers on. We will definitely be calling Hot Wire back for any appliance needs.

Vlad was excellent. He was communicative and even came out late to replace the part as soon as the order came in. He even cleaned the parts of the fridge that he had to remove and put back in. Thank you Vlad, we are so grateful.

Alex K. did an amazing job replacing the gasket on the washer and servicing the dryer. He was efficient, took great care of our home, went above and beyond cleaning behind the units, and was easy to work with. I'd recommend his services to anyone.

Vlad came by to fix our dryer ( no heat) and again to fix out fridge ( lighting was out). He is super nice and extremely competent. Highly Recommend!!

When our washing machine failed in the middle of a cycle, I booked an appointment online at 1:30am and got a call at 8am to schedule a technician to come to the house. Ihor P. came to our rescue. After thoroughly checking every wire, every terminal, and running tests, he diagnosed the issue was as simple as a faulty door latch.
They didn't have the part on hand and had to order it, but it came in quickly and 2 days later, Ihor was back first thing in the morning to fix the latch. He ran several more tests, gave me suggestions on how to maintain my machine and that was that!

Ihor was very helpful! He came next day (on a Sunday) to do the diagnostics, and within 3 days he did the repair (on a holiday!) Very professional and thorough. Highly recommend.

I had an issue with my all-in-one washer/dryer. The drain pump sounded gravelly/not good. My landlord contacted them first thing in the morning and they were able to come same day! Alex K was our technician, he was professional and informative. He knew right away when he heard the pump what was wrong.

Very appreciative of the company and Alex's work. Highly recommend.

Alex D. and Vlad S. Are excellent representatives for your company. They arrived at the time we were told, respectful of our home and space, attentive to our requests and concerns, and very clear as to what was needed to get our appliance back to working order. They cleaned up after themselves and explained to me the warranties and were warm and grateful as they were leaving our home. Thank you Vlad and Alex!

Our dryer stopped working with a full load of laundry. We called to make am appointment and read all the great reviews. I was able to get an appointment the next day. Ihor was the name of our technician. He arrived and was able to easily find the issue. We received an estimate for the price and then he was able to replace the belt in less than an hour. Saved us from buying a new one.

The fan motor in my old freezer failed. An original part was no longer available, but the HotWire tech found a compatible motor and replaced it. That was about 8 months ago. The motor sounds a little different, but I haven’t had any issues with the freezer. The technician was very professional, friendly, and got the work done efficiently. Very happy with the work and the results!

Hotwire was very responsive in inspecting our fridge for a power issue. They diagnosed the issue quickly, gave me a quote on repairs with a lead time for parts. After parts arrived they scheduled the repair within the week. The fridge worked as promised and technicians were knowledgeable and courteous. I would definitely call them again for my next appliance repair.

Our technician Oleg was fantastic. Identified the problem right away and quickly fixed it. Overall we booked an appointment, were able to get a tech the next day, and they showed up on time in the beginning of the 2 hour window. Not even 30 minutes later issue was fixed and price was reasonable.

I had my refrigerator serviced recently, and the experience was positive. The technician showed up right on time and was professional throughout the visit. They quickly identified the problem and gave a clear explanation of the required repair steps and costs involved.

The work was completed efficiently and to a high standard, but I did feel the price was on the higher side. Despite that, the quality and promptness of the service were impressive. I’d recommend them if you’re looking for reliable and professional repairs, though the cost might be a consideration.
