Commercial Pizza Oven Repair in Kirkland, WA

A pizza oven that drops temperature mid-service or refuses to heat past 400 degrees kills ticket times and customer patience in equal measure. Kirkland’s pizza scene stretches from wood-fired spots along Park Lane to high-volume delivery kitchens near Totem Lake and the 85th Street corridor. Deck ovens, conveyor ovens, countertop units — we repair them all. Our technicians respond same-day across Kirkland and carry the parts that fix most pizza oven failures in a single visit.

Common Commercial Pizza Oven Problems in Kirkland

Oven not reaching set temperature — the number one call we get. On gas models, this usually traces back to a worn thermocouple or a failing gas valve. Electric deck ovens typically have a burned-out element or a faulty high-limit switch. Either way, a half-heated pizza oven during Friday dinner rush is an emergency.

Uneven baking across the deck — hot spots and cold zones develop when heating elements degrade unevenly or when a gas burner tube corrodes and restricts flow on one side. Deck ovens in Kirkland kitchens that run 12+ hours daily show this problem earlier than the manufacturer timeline suggests.

Conveyor belt not moving or moving erratically — motor wear, chain stretch, or a jammed drive sprocket. High-volume Kirkland pizza shops that push 200+ pies per shift wear through conveyor components roughly every 18 to 24 months.

Igniter clicking but not lighting — a cracked igniter electrode, a grease-clogged burner port, or a gas valve solenoid that sticks intermittently. Kirkland’s humidity accelerates electrode corrosion on outdoor-vented units.

Temperature fluctuating during operation — a drifting thermostat, a partially blocked gas orifice, or an intermittent connection in the control board. Older ovens in established Kirkland restaurants along Lake Street and Central Way are especially prone.

Excessive smoke or burning smell — grease buildup in the exhaust path, a damaged door gasket leaking heat, or a failing fan motor that no longer pulls proper airflow through the oven cavity.

Bakers Pride Pizza Oven Repair

Bakers Pride deck ovens are a staple in Kirkland pizzerias — the GP and DS series especially. We handle burner assembly replacements, thermostat recalibration, door hinge repairs, and deck stone replacements. The GP-61 is the single most common pizza oven model we service on the Eastside. When a Bakers Pride oven starts throwing uneven heat across the deck, the fix is usually a corroded burner tube or a thermocouple that has drifted out of spec — both are parts we carry on every call.

Middleby Marshall Conveyor Oven Repair

Middleby Marshall PS and WOW! series conveyor ovens dominate the high-volume pizza segment in Kirkland. These ovens are engineered for speed, but the impinger fingers, conveyor motors, and blower wheels take constant abuse. We repair conveyor belt tracking issues, replace worn impinger plates, and diagnose digital control board errors. If your Middleby Marshall is baking unevenly or the conveyor speed is inconsistent, we can usually pinpoint and fix the problem within a single service visit.

Lincoln Impinger Oven Repair

Lincoln Impinger ovens show up in chain locations and independent shops alike across Kirkland. Common repairs include blower motor replacement, heating element failures, and thermostat sensor errors. Lincoln’s air impingement system requires precise airflow — when a blower wheel goes out of balance or a finger plate warps, bake quality drops noticeably. Our technicians calibrate the airflow system as part of every Lincoln repair.

Electric and Gas Pizza Oven Repair

Beyond the major brands, we service commercial electric pizza ovens and gas pizza ovens from Blodgett, Marsal, Garland, and others. Electric ovens commonly fail on elements, contactors, and high-limit switches. Gas ovens develop ignition issues, gas valve leaks, and burner corrosion — problems that Kirkland’s marine climate accelerates compared to drier regions. We handle both fuel types and can convert or adjust gas pressure settings if your kitchen has been remodeled or reconnected.

Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator repair in Woodinville — open freezer door diagnostics
Most pizza oven repairs in Kirkland range from $250 to $700. Thermocouple and igniter replacements sit at the lower end. Conveyor motor swaps, control board replacements, and gas valve work run higher. We diagnose on-site and give you a written quote before starting. No charge if you decline the repair — you only pay the service call fee.
Yes. We repair Middleby Marshall, Lincoln Impinger, and TurboChef conveyor ovens on-site in your Kirkland kitchen. Conveyor motor replacements, belt tracking adjustments, impinger finger swaps, and control board diagnostics all happen at your location. The only scenario requiring shop repair is a rewinding job on a custom motor — that takes 48 to 72 hours.
Same-day for calls placed before noon. Our technicians dispatch from multiple Eastside locations, so Kirkland restaurants from downtown to Totem Lake to Juanita typically see a tech within a two-hour window. Pizza oven emergencies during dinner service get priority dispatch — we understand a cold oven means turning customers away.
Every six months for high-volume operations, annually for lower-use kitchens. In Kirkland's humid climate, burner assemblies and gas connections corrode faster than in drier areas — a scheduled inspection catches corrosion, thermocouple drift, and gasket wear before they cause a mid-service breakdown. We offer maintenance plans that include priority scheduling and parts discounts.

Our refrigerator stopped properly cooling. While it wasn't completely out. it just wasn't cool enough to keep things fresh. Called Hotwire on Friday. Technician came out Saturday morning. Vlad is a young fellow but very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem which was a frozen stuck fan. After removing the freezer tray, he pulled out his magic steamer gadget and defrosted the coils. He did a thorough job cleaning up and putting everything together. Happy to have things running again ahead of Superbowl Sunday.

The team here was great. I had an issue with a dishwasher, they were quick to diagnose it and informed us of reasonable alternatives. We chose to repair it, they ordered the part and installed it. Throughout, they were communicative, helpful, and nice. The price was reasonable as well. I'd go back to them for any appliance issues in the future!

My LG fridge/freezer stopped cooling. I called Rain City around 8pm, and they were able to get a technician out before Noon the next day. After inspecting the problem the tech informed me that the compressor went out, which is a somewhat common problem on LGs. He'd be able to fix it right away if I wanted. Given the labor needed to replace the compressor, I decided to just replace the refrigerator instead.
I was pleased how he explained the issue and presented me with various options. I'd definitely recommend.
